I ordered some tan genuine alligator straps and also some black calfskin leather straps which have red stitching and "dots". The tan alligator strap is on a special order Ka La watch which features a Hawaiian Koa Wood dial.

One of my customers posted a testimonial on an automotive forum where we both hang out: M5Board.com

Thanks George and I'm glad that you are so happy with your watch!

Here is a photo he posted on the M5Board:

Then and now

Below is a render which appeared on the first post in this blog. Below it is a recent photo of a  Ka La Reference 10311 watch. As you can see, the final product looks very much like the original design.

Customer photos

The owners of the first two Ka La Reference 10222 watches got together today in Los Angeles along with another friend and fellow BMW M6 owner.

Here are some photos they took of their watches and one of the three Patron d'origine Hawaiina Koa wood boxes (with deerskin leather pouch) in which these pre-order watches were delivered. Milton actually brought the box and pouch from Louisiana just for this photo shoot!

Sharp eyes will notice that the watches are on different time zones (Central and Pacific) in the photos.

Thanks Milton, Mike and Al...
